Jennifer's Bio

Educated in both Europe and the United States, Jennifer Ryan Maraia graduated from Boston’s Emerson College in 1991 with a major in communications and a minor in psychology. Jennifer enjoyed a successful 12-year career developing and financing films and managing award-winning writers and directors in Hollywood. She and her clients developed film and TV projects with celebrities such as Dustin Hoffman, Kate Hudson, Minnie Driver, and comic book legend Stan Lee.
In 2003, Jennifer transitioned from her hectic entertainment industry lifestyle into an exciting life of motherhood, and eventually a career that would allow her to have more flexibility while still utilizing her unparalleled negotiating and marketing skills. Working in real estate while raising her daughter, Jennifer quickly became known as "Mom The Realtor."
Trained in collaborative dispute resolution and having earned her CREDS (Certified Real Estate Divorce Specialist) and CPRES (Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist), Jennifer has grown her business by being of service to people who are experiencing relationship restructuring and are in need of residential and commercial real estate services while experiencing divorce, probate, conservatorship or guardianship situations.
Jennifer is fluent in German, enjoys spiritual studies, and is an ordained minister. She enjoys snow skiing, horseback riding, wine tasting, traveling, historical documentaries, and her passion projects include animal rights & rescue as well as supporting Waldorf education locally and globally.

Robert Maraia was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, and lived in Los Angeles for many years before residing in Florida. With an extensive background in hospitality, property management and global procurement, Robert’s robust negotiating skills saved the industry-leading companies for which he worked tens of millions of dollars.
Robert is a licensed Real Estate Broker in both California and Florida, a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Certified Real Estate Divorce Specialist (CREDS), Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES), and an Accredited Property Valuation Specialist™ (APVS). His abilities to guide buyers and sellers who are experiencing family and relationship restructuring come not only from his education on these issues, but through his own experiences and first-hand knowledge of property ownership and property separation, and how these are affected by divorce and probate. Robert takes pride in his work ethic and dependability. His clients appreciate his candor, kindness, practicality, and resourcefulness.
Robert has cultivated long-lasting personal relationships with clients and real estate agents worldwide. His vast, trusted network ensures that he can pair up the right buyer with the right seller.
